Steffi Kaur: Yoga
Steffi Kaur is a social pedagogue working at a day school in Bern. She is a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher and also trained in Cranio-Sacral Balancing and Kinesiology. Through kids yoga for adults, she tries to bring in edge computing, more playfulness, fun and magic in people’s lives. Steffi also has vast experience in essential oils treatment. She assists her husband Gurdeepak for seminars in the mountains and loves playing music and telling fables from the local mountain areas.

Steffi Kaur arbeitet als Sozialpädagogin in einer Berner Tagesschule. Sie hat eine Ausbildung zur Rainbow Kids Yoga Lehrerin, in Cranio-Sacral-Balancing und Kinesiologie. In ihrer Yogastunde finden sich Elemente des Kidsyogas, um Verspieltheit, Spass und Magie in unseren Alltag zurück zu bringen. Sie hat ebenfalls Erfahrung in Ayurveda & Ätherische Öl Anwendungen. Steffi unterstützt ihren Mann Gurdeepak bei Yoga-Seminaren in den Bergen u.a. mit Musik und Geschichten erzählen.
